I’ve grown up around three things in my life: college, wrestling, and pop culture. From the athletic department and university office at Arkansas State, to working in college athletics at Idaho State and Montana State, I’ve always been surrounded by the energy, stories, and people that make campus life special.

My career has taken me across the country, always chasing the connection between sports, entertainment, and community. I was trained to be a pro wrestler at JPWA in Knoxville with Mayor Glenn Jacobs - better known to WWE fans as Kane which gave me my favorite diploma I will ever have more than likely. I then went to minor league baseball with the Cleburne Railroaders, where I worked on sponsorships and content that helped the team earn social media team of the year in the American Association. I then joined Los Angeles marketing agency, COLLiDE, where I worked with brands like Coca-Cola and Lush on creative campaigns. Then in Portland, I helped grow Official League, building partnerships with major sports teams, Grammy-winning bands, and projects that pushed the boundaries of how sports and culture can come together.

All of those experiences - from college campuses to arenas to music festivals - led to the creation of the Andyrewverse. This is where I get to bring everything together: talking about what’s happening in college athletics on Campus by Andyrew, stepping inside the ring on Suplex by Andyrew, and breaking down the music, movies, and cultural moments that matter on Culture Shock with Andyrew.

I made the Andyrewverse for all of the friends and community I’ve met along the way - and I’m looking forward to gaining more along the way.
